BOOT CAMP

The combination of a team atmosphere. These are intense full body cardiovascular and strength training workouts. Boot Camp weight loss programs are very effective at reducing excess body weight, improving cardiovascular endurance, increasing lean muscle mass, and improving overall coordination and balance.

CIRCUIT TRAINING  

A form of body conditioning, endurance  training,  and  resistance training using high-intensity exercises. This session targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise “circuit” is one completion rotation of all prescribed exercises in this session. Rope, tire flipping, squats, abs, cardio, and more.
